Phone Calls and Meetings

My Office

Over the past month I’ve called, scheduled, and met with:

1. An auto mechanic (3 times for a car other than my own – tire, brakes, and now there are lights that are showing up on the dashboard)
2. An insurance adjuster (from Texas who is working in MA because it is considered a disaster area)
3. A garage door installer (the replacement door was suppose to have been here a couple weeks ago)
4. A home improvement contractor for some of the winter damage (the estimate should have been received last week)
5. An AC technician (he had the wrong part)
6. A painter for the house exterior
7. The guy for the sprinkler system
8. Glenn, for the spring cleanup
9. A few dentists and doctors

On the other hand, he has received phone calls from and had meetings with senior executives that his administrative assistant has scheduled. In places like Colorado.

No resentment on my part though.

Well, maybe a little.

Of course he keeps on saying he wants to retire.

That’s not happening any time soon.
